LAGOS : A 25-year-old-man, Itoro Orofa, has been charged
before an Oshodi Magistrate’s Court in Lagos, for allegedly
stealing three bundles of Ankara and two bundles of lace
materials.
The accused was also said to have conspired with one other,
now at large, to commit felony to wit stealing.
According to the charge, the offence was committed on May
12 at Oshodi in Lagos.
Orofa, however, denied the charges. In his ruling, the
Magistrate, Mr. Akeem Fashola, admitted the accused to a
bail of N50,000 with one surety in like sum.
The case was adjourned till June 29 for mention.
