Lagos based photographer, Nelson Joshua shared clips of the agreement between Ogun and Four private firms to buils a refinery.

From Lagos city to Obasanjo's house in Abeokuta, then Ogun state government house, where they Ogun State government signed an agreement with a consortium of four private firms to build a refinery, proposed to be the second largest in sub-Saharan Africa.
The agreement also included the building of the largest petroleum product depot in Nigeria."
